Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing required.
• Doctoral Degree preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license required.
• Minimum 5 years nursing education experience with 3 years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of the BSN curriculum.
• Oversee faculty recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and development.
• Drive student success initiatives, NCLEX outcomes, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, regulatory standards, and state boards.
• Collaborate with university leadership to guide growth and strategic initiatives.
