Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to assigned residents in Edmond, Oklahoma. You will follow resident assessments and care plans, assist with meals, laundry, and mobility, and communicate urgent needs to the incoming shift.

You must hold a current CNA certification, read/write/speak English, and maintain certification with ongoing education. Prior CNA experience is preferred, and documentation must be provided at application.

• Current CNA certification and state license.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm.
• Documentation of certification upon application.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plan and supervisor directions.
• Complete the daily shift report and communicate urgent needs to the next shift.
• Assist with resident care including housekeeping, laundry, social needs, and mobility.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts accurately and clearly.
• Report changes in resident condition to the DON/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Adhere to policies, protect resident privacy, and participate in ongoing training.

Certified Nursing AssistantProvide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.Essential Duties:Responsible for completing the daily shift report and communicating directly to the next shift any urgent needs.Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with our established policies and procedures, and as instructed by your supervisors.
