Cardinal Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for Nursing Care Products to drive growth in the acute care hospital market within the assigned territory. You will sell a portfolio including gloves, PPE, skin and wound care, women and baby, patient care and temperature therapies.

You will develop SMART sales plans, demonstrate product value to clinicians, negotiate pricing, and collaborate with supply chain and strategic accounts to meet targets.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Sales experience preferred (B2B or Inside Sales).
• Proven track record of success in sales achievement with multilevel account management.
• Strong computer acumen and business applications.

• Exceed sales targets in nursing care portfolio through solution-based selling.
• Master features, benefits and value of portfolio and present to clinicians.
• Present proposals, negotiate pricing, differentiate offerings.
• Collaborate with supply chain and strategic accounts teams to drive revenue.
• Build consultative relationships with clinicians and end users; maintain top accounts.
• Manage inventory and allocate products across territory to sustain sales.
• Update sales tools and complete admin tasks (Salesforce) and travel as required.
