Cardinal Health's Acute Care Sales team is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for Nursing Care Products in Wisconsin. You will drive growth by advancing the Nursing Care portfolio using solution-based selling in the U.S. hospital market within your territory.

You will master product features, negotiate pricing, and build consultative relationships with clinicians and supply chain partners while achieving sales targets and managing inventory across the territory.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in sales (B2B or Inside Sales) preferred.
• Proven track record of success in sales achievement with multilevel account management.
• Strong computer acumen and business applications.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel within region up to 50%.
• Customer/Vendor credentialing may be required (vaccinations).

• Utilize selling strategies and technologies to exceed territory goals by creating SMART Territory Sales Plans and closing nursing care opportunities.
• Master features, benefits and value of products and present to clinical and economic call points.
• Present proposals, negotiate pricing, differentiate offerings.
• Collaborate with supply chain and strategic accounts teams to drive revenue and meet targets.
• Build consultative relationships with clinicians, supply chain partners and end users; maintain top accounts.
• In-service accounts by demonstrating product applications in-person and remotely.
