Cardinal Health in Fresno, CA seeks a Territory Sales Representative for Nursing Care Products to drive growth in the Central California region. You will advance the Nursing Care portfolio through value-based selling to hospital and clinical call points, building strategic plans and partnering with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, proven sales success, strong communication, travel up to 50%, and a valid driver's license.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Previous experience in a sales function preferred (B2B or Inside Sales).
• Proven track record of success in sales achievement with experience in multilevel account management.
• Strong computer acumen and business applications.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellence in process management and organizational agility.
• A valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 States with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel within region up to 50%.
• Customer/Vendor credentialing is required (vaccinations may be required).

Mansioni

• Utilize selling strategies and technologies to exceed business expectations for assigned territory by creating SMART Territory Sales Plans.
• Master features, benefits and value of assigned product portfolio and present to clinical and economic call points.
• Present proposals, negotiate pricing and differentiate Cardinal Health’s nursing care offerings.
• Collaborate with supply chain sales reps and strategic accounts team to drive revenue and achieve targets.
• Build consultative relationships with clinicians, supply chain partners and end users at top accounts.
• In-service accounts by demonstrating product applications in-person and remotely.
• Maintain knowledge of industry/competitive landscape including GPOs and reimbursements.
• Manage inventory across territory distribution centers and adjust allocations as needed.
• Use sales tools to address trends and manage territory plans.
• Complete administrative requirements (expenses, compliance, Salesforce).
• Meet vendor credentialing requirements and attend meetings and tradeshows; travel up to 1 week.
