Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility.
• Record vitals and patient data accurately in EMR.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharges under RN supervision.
• Handle specimen collection and support nursing area operations.
• Maintain patient safety, room setup, and supplies; respond to call lights promptly.
• Assist with positioning, transfers, and nutrition-related tasks.
• Support infection prevention practices and PPE usage.
