Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL seeks a Nursing Assistant to support registered nurses in patient care during a full-time night shift. Responsibilities include bathing, feeding, mobility assistance, and accurate charting in the EMR, with rotating weekends and holidays.

The role requires GED/HSE/HS, basic computer skills, and the ability to perform measurements and assist with transfers under RN supervision. BLS certification must be obtained within 45 days.

Formación

• GED/HSE/HS diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, feeding, mobility, and positioning.
• Record vital signs and inputs/outputs in the EMR, maintain accurate documentation.
• Perform rounding and communicate observations to the RN.
• Support admissions, transfers and discharges under RN supervision.
• Collect specimens and assist with basic point-of-care testing as directed.
