Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant at Advocate South Suburban Hospital in Hazel Crest, IL. The part-time role (24 hrs/week) supports RNs in patient care, rounding, and data collection, with shift 7:00 PM–7:30 AM on alternating weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding and ambulation.
• Record vital signs and document measurements in EMR.
• Perform purposeful rounding and communicate observations to RN.
• Support admission, transfer and discharge under RN supervision.
• Collect specimens and assist with basic nursing tasks.
