Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED/HSED required.
• Maintain annual hospital-based certifications (e.g. DNV, CARF or others).
• Good communication and organizational skills; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility.
• Record vitals and input data into EMR as directed.
• Perform rounds and communicate patient observations to RN.
• Assist in admissions, transfers, and discharges under supervision.
• Collect specimens and perform point-of-care tasks per protocol.
• Restock supplies and maintain clean, safe patient areas.
