Responsabilités

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility.
• Record vital signs and daily data in EMR as directed.
• Perform patient transfers and positioning using proper technique.
• Support admission, transfer, and discharge processes under RN supervision.
• Maintain patient environment, supplies, and equipment.
• Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests.
