Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing in the applicable state of practice.
• Four (4) years of experience in clinical specialty or related area.
• CPR and NRP certifications.
• Preferred: BS/MS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of quality patient care and maintain staffing at an appropriate level.
• Delegate and direct staff in the delivery of care; supervise assigned units.
• Collaborate with medical staff, administration, and other departments; maintain open communication.
• Monitor utilization of resources and ensure regulatory standards are met.
• Manage budgets and performance improvement activities.
