Job summary

Grady Health System is seeking a Charge Nurse to plan, direct, and evaluate the nursing care and functions on a designated unit or shift. You will coordinate activities, assign workloads to the nursing staff, and educate the team to ensure high quality patient care.

The role supports throughput, service excellence, and readiness for emergencies. The ideal candidate holds a BSN (or equivalent), is a Georgia RN, and has charge-role experience; ACLS/CPR/BLS per requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent education and experience.
• RN License in the State of Georgia.
