Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Georgia (Board Certified).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• If RN with BSN, two+ years direct patient care RN experience including in a charge role. If RN with ASN, four+ years direct patient care RN experience including in a charge role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and evaluate nursing care on the unit.
• Coordinate activities of the unit and assign work to the nursing staff.
• Educate staff on patient care, throughput, quality, and customer service.
• Initiate emergency procedures as necessary.
