Grady Health System in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Charge Nurse to lead a nursing unit on assigned shifts. You will plan, direct, and evaluate care, coordinate staff, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor team members, support throughput and patient flow, and participate in emergency procedures as needed while upholding Grady's commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• ASN with 4 years' Emergency Nursing experience.
• BSN with 2 years' Emergency Nursing experience.
• Active & Clear Georgia nursing license or Multistate nursing license.
• Strong clinical assessment and triage skills.
• Experience managing high-acuity, fast-paced environments.
• Commitment to patient safety, teamwork, and service excellence.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS certification required.
• TNCC and ENPC preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, direct, and evaluate nursing care in a unit or shift.
• Coordinate activities of the unit and assign work to staff.
• Assess, monitor, and educate staff on patient care.
• Delegate and readjust patient assignments to optimize throughput.
• Institute emergency procedures as necessary.
