Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and evaluates nursing care on a unit or shift.
• Coordinates unit activities; assigns work to nursing staff.
• Educates staff, monitors patient care, and implements emergency procedures as needed.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent education and experience

RN license in State of Georgia

2+ years RN experience in charge role (BSN or ASN)
