Grady Health System is seeking a Charge Nurse to lead nursing care on a designated unit or shift. You will plan, direct, and evaluate patient care, coordinating the team and ensuring safety and high-quality outcomes.

Qualified candidates hold a BSN or equivalent, are licensed as an RN in Georgia (ASN with RN experience acceptable), and possess BLS and ACLS certifications for critical areas. You will guide staff, improve throughput, and respond to emergencies with composure.

Competenze

• BSN degree or equivalent education and experience.
• RN license in state of Georgia; ASN with RN experience also acceptable depending on role.
• ACLS required for all Critical Care Areas within 90 days of employment or transfer.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support Health Care Provider Card.

Mansioni

• Plan, direct, and evaluate nursing care and functions on a unit or shift.
• Coordinate unit activities and assign work to nursing staff.
• Assess, monitor, and educate nursing staff on patient care.
• Delegate and adjust patient assignments to optimize throughput and care quality.
• Institute emergency procedures as necessary.
