Job summary

SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Bridgeton, MO seeks a Nursing Supervisor (RN) to lead assigned nursing staff, oversee care, and uphold hospital standards and policies.

We require an active RN license, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and experience in supervision. The role is full-time day shift with EPIC documentation, weekend rotation, and a compensation range of $43.50–$62.23 per hour plus a $3 weekend diff. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• BLS required at hire.
• ACLS required within first 6 months.
• Two or more years as RN preferred.
• CRRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct assigned nursing personnel, serving as a resource and consultant.
• Provide and oversee nursing care, implement hospital and departmental philosophy and objectives.
• Maintain standards of patient care and ensure continuity of care under the Chief Nursing Officer.
• Document with EPIC in a timely, accurate manner.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Valid State RN License is required.
• BLS is required at hire.
• Certified ACLS required within first 6 months of hire/promotion into Nursing Supervisor position.

Preferred qualifications:

• Two or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• One or more years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity
• CRRN preferred
