Job summary

Atlas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise CNAs/GNAs and other nursing staff in a New Jersey center.

The role requires an active RN or LPN license, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and procedures while coordinating across resident services to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or graduate from an approved LPN/RN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN or LPN in this state.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must demonstrate leadership and supervisory ability.
• Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of CNAs/GNAs or other nursing personnel.
• Supervise nursing personnel and monitor performance.
• Provide discipline and evaluations as required.
• Plan shifts' services, programs, and activities.
• Ensure Nursing Service Procedures Manual is current and followed.
• Coordinate with other resident services to ensure total care for residents.
