Job summary

Atlas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to provide direct nursing care and supervise CNAs/GNAs in our New Jersey long-term care center. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services to maintain the highest quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in NJ.
• Nursing degree from accredited college or university.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate nursing services.
• Willingness to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day nursing functions of CNAs/GNAs and other nursing personnel.
• Provide discipline and evaluations per regulations.
• Prepare reports and coordinate shift services and activities.
• Ensure Nursing Service Procedures Manual is current and followed.
• Participate in quality assurance and surveys.
• Assist in discharge planning as required.
