Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold RN or LPN license in the state.
• Nursing degree from accredited college or university or graduate from approved LPN/RN program.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of CNAs/GNAs and nursing personnel.
• Provide discipline and evaluations of nursing staff per regulations.
• Complete performance evaluations for personnel.
• Participate in quality assurance and center surveys and inspections.
