Job summary

Atlas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to provide direct nursing care and supervise CNAs/GNAs and other nursing staff, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards. You will evaluate performance, administer disciplinary actions, participate in quality assurance activities, and coordinate nursing services with other departments to maintain high-quality resident care.

You will also help plan shifts, ensure accurate records, and support discharge planning as needed,

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in this state.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and regulations pertaining to nursing care facilities.
• Leadership and supervisory ability with willingness to supervise other personnel.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of CNAs/GNAs and other nursing personnel.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures set by the Center.
• Review and update department policies and ensure Nursing Service Manual accuracy.
• Provide written and verbal disciplinary warnings as needed.
• Plan shifts, services, programs, and activities with nursing staff.
• Coordinate care with other resident services to maintain overall resident care.
• Participate in quality assurance and regulatory surveys.
