Job summary

Idaho Falls Community Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team and provide supervisory coverage across departments. The RN will act as a clinical liaison with nursing managers and administrators, guiding admission decisions, patient care, and interdepartmental communication.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of acute care experience, with ICU/ED exposure, and hold current Idaho RN licensure along with BLS, ACLS and PALS. A collaborative, patient-centered environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current, unencumbered RN licensure in Idaho.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory coverage for all departments.
• Coordinate with nursing managers in absence of leadership.
• Assist physicians and staff with admission criteria and patient care decisions.
• Ensure EMTALA compliance with referrals and transfers.
