Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current RN licensure in Idaho.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire and renewal as required.
• Complete basic dysrhythmia class with a score of 84% or higher within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates ability to be flexible, organized, and function under stressful situations.
• Performs head-to-toe assessments and reassessments per policy across patient populations.
• Assess and reassess pain and educate patient/family on pain management.
• Deliver nursing care appropriate to patient age and condition.
• Administer medications correctly and monitor for adverse effects.
• Revise care plans based on patient response and outcomes.
