Qualifications

• Must maintain current state nursing licensure (LPN required; RN preferred).
• Minimum of two years nursing supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates leadership ability and a ability to mentor and inspire staff.
• Demonstrates compassionate interpersonal care toward residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Approximately 20% of hours provide hands-on nursing and direct care.

• Leads clinical team through hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Coordinates infection control program and regulatory compliance.
• Oversees medication management and participates in QA initiatives.
• Ensures confidentiality and privacy of resident information.

Position Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $28.00 - $30.00 Hourly

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial assessment of prospective residents, including off-site visits
• Performs wellness assessments and develops individualized care plans based on the needs and preferences of each resident
• Delivers health promotion services, offers disease prevention counseling, and provides self-care education to residents
• Approximately 20% of hours will be providing hands-on nursing responsibility and direct care
• Engages with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Fosters communication by regularly engaging with physicians, pertinent healthcare providers, and family members
• Hires, trains, schedules, and leads the clinical team in providing exceptional care experiences
• Coordinates the Community’s infection control program while maintaining state regulatory compliance
• Develop and oversee the Community’s medication management program
• Contributes toward quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Complies with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information

Qualifications

• Maintains current state nursing licensure. LPN required, RN preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years nursing supervisory experience
• Prior senior/supportive living experience strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire team members
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
