Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Nurse House Supervisor to lead nursing operations at our rural WA facility on nights. The role requires a BSN, WA RN license, and 3–5 years of acute care experience.

You will oversee admissions, bed utilization, and coordination with physicians and care management. This is a full-time night-shift role with a 36-hour work week, 7pm–7:30am, and a $5/hr shift differential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing required.
• Current Washington State Registered Nurse license.
• 3–5 years acute care clinical nursing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Case Management and Utilization Review processes, including InterQual guidelines.
• ACLS, BLS, TNCC and PALS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• House Supervisor for a 50-bed rural healthcare facility.
• Analyze data on patient admissions, transfers, and bed availability to improve care and bed utilization.
• Ensure appropriate admission level and bed assignment; liaise with Physicians, Nursing Leadership, and Care Management.
• Act as Administrator on Duty in absence of the Chief Nursing Officer and provide operational direction.
• Report to the CNO.
