Job summary

United Future is seeking a Nurse House Supervisor (RN) for nights at a 50-bed rural facility in Washington. You’ll lead nursing operations, monitor admissions, transfers, and bed availability to optimize patient care.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s degree in nursing and an active WA RN license, with 3–5 years of acute care experience. ACLS/BLS/TNCC/PALS are preferred. Compensation includes a 36-hour week across 3 shifts (7pm–7:30am) and relocation up to $5K and sign-on up to $15K.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing and WA RN license.
• 3–5 years acute care clinical nursing experience.
• ACLS, BLS, TNCC and PALS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• House Supervisor for a 50-bed rural healthcare facility.
• Collect and analyze data on patient admissions, transfers, and bed availability to improve patient care and maximize bed utilization.
• Coordinate with Physicians, Nursing Leadership, Nursing Unit staff, Care Management Staff and other stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.
• In the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer, act as Administrator on Duty to make administrative decisions and provide direction.
