Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Nurse House Supervisor to oversee night operations at a 50-bed rural hospital in Warden, WA. You will collect and analyze admissions, transfers, and bed availability to optimize care and bed utilization.

Requirements include a BSN, WA RN license, 3–5 years of acute care experience, and Advanced certifications (ACLS/BLS/TNCC/PALS) preferred. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in nursing and WA RN license required.
ACLS, BLS, TNCC and PALS certifications preferred.
Three to five years acute care clinical nursing experience in various departments.
Advanced knowledge of Case Management and Utilization Review processes (InterQual, etc.).

Aufgaben

House Supervisor for a 50-bed rural healthcare facility.
Collect and analyze data on patient admissions, transfers, and bed availability to improve patient care and maximize bed utilization.
Ensure admission level of care and bed assignment using criteria; liaise with Physicians, Nursing Leadership, Care Management, and other stakeholders.
Act as Administrator on Duty in the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer; provide direction on operational issues.
Report to the CNO.
