Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing required.
• Current Washington State Registered Nurse license.
• Three to five years acute care clinical nursing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Case Management and Utilization Review processes, including InterQual and acute-care patient status guidelines.

Aufgaben

• House Supervisor for a 50-bed rural healthcare facility.
• Collect and analyze data on patient admissions, transfers, and bed availability to improve patient care and maximize bed utilization.
• Ensure appropriate admission level of care and bed assignment; liaise with physicians, nursing leadership, unit staff, and care management.
• In the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer, serve as Administrator on Duty for operational decisions across hospital departments.
• Reports to the CNO.
