Job summary

Management Performance Associates seeks a Nurse House Supervisor (RN) for a 50-bed rural facility in Washington. This night-shift role (7pm–7:30am) oversees admissions, bed utilization, and care coordination to ensure efficient operations and patient flow.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Nursing, a WA RN license, 3–5 years of acute care experience, and relevant certifications. Relocation and sign-on incentives are available; a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Current Washington State Registered Nurse license.
• Advanced knowledge of Case Management and Utilization Review processes, including InterQual guidelines.
• Certifications ACLS, BLS, TNCC and PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• House Supervisor for a 50 bed rural healthcare facility.
• Collect and analyze data on patient admissions, transfers, and bed availability to improve patient care and maximize bed utilization.
• Ensure appropriate admission level of care and bed assignment using established criteria; act as liaison for physicians, nursing leadership, care management and staff.
• In the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer, serve as Administrator on Duty and provide direction on operational issues for all hospital departments.
• Reports to the Chief Nursing Officer.
