Your Talent Team is seeking a Nurse House Supervisor / RN to cover nights at a 50-bed rural facility in Washington. You will monitor admissions, bed availability, and transfers to optimize patient care and bed utilization while coordinating with physicians and leadership.

The role requires a BSN and WA RN license with 3–5 years of acute care experience; ACLS/BLS/TNCC/PALS certifications are preferred. Salary ranges with a shift differential apply, plus relocation and sign-on incentives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• WA RN license required.
• 3–5 years acute care clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Case Management and Utilization Review processes.

Responsabilidades

• House Supervisor for a 50-bed rural healthcare facility.
• Analyze data on patient admissions, transfers, and bed availability to improve care and utilization.
• Ensure appropriate admission level and bed assignment using admission criteria; liaise with physicians, nursing leadership, and care management.
• Act as Administrator on Duty in the absence of the CNO and provide operational direction.
