Job summary

KLA Industries, Inc. is seeking a Nurse House Supervisor / RN for night shifts at a 50-bed rural facility in Warden, WA. The role focuses on bed utilization, admissions data, and coordinating care with the medical leadership to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Required are a BSN and WA RN license, plus 3–5 years of acute care experience. ACLS/BLS/TNCC/PALS are preferred. The position offers a full benefits package, relocation assistance up to $5K, and sign-on up to $15K.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing with WA RN license.
• 3–5 years acute care nursing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of case management and utilization review.
• ACLS, BLS, TNCC and PALS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• House Supervisor for a 50-bed rural facility.
• Collect and analyze data on admissions, transfers and bed availability to improve care and bed utilization.
• Ensure appropriate admission level and bed assignment, liaise with physicians, nursing leadership and care management.
• Act as Administrator on Duty in the absence of the CNO to direct operations.
