Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a Nurse House Supervisor / RN for night shifts in Warden, WA. The role leads a 50-bed rural facility, ensuring optimal bed utilization and coordinated care across units.

You will collect and analyze data on admissions and transfers, coordinate with Physicians and Nursing Leadership, and act as the Administrator on Duty when the CNO is unavailable. Competitive pay and relocation/sign-on offers accompany a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in nursing required and WA RN license.
• 3–5 years acute care experience in varied departments.
• Advanced knowledge of Case Management and Utilization Review incl. InterQual and status regulations.
• ACLS, BLS, TNCC and PALS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient admissions, transfers and bed availability to optimize care and bed utilization.
• Ensure appropriate admission level of care and bed assignment; liaise with physicians, nursing leadership and care management.
• Act as Administrator on Duty in absence of the Chief Nursing Officer and provide operational direction.
• Report to the CNO and supervise hospital departments as needed.
