Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is seeking a Nurse House Supervisor / RN for a rural 50-bed facility in Warden, WA. The role supports patient flow, bed utilization, and coordination with physicians and nursing leadership during night shifts.

You’ll hold a Bachelor’s in Nursing and WA RN licensure, with 3–5 years of acute care experience; ACLS/BLS/TNCC/PALS are preferred. Compensation ranges from $47 to $77 per hour, with a $5/hour shift differential and full benefits, relocation up to $5K, and sign-on

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in nursing required.
Three to five years acute care clinical nursing experience.
Advanced knowledge of Case Management and Utilization Review processes, including InterQual and acute-care patient status regulations.

Responsibilities

House Supervisor for a 50 bed rural healthcare facility.
As the House Supervisor, will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data on patient admissions, transfers, and bed availability to improve patient care and maximize bed utilization.
Will ensure appropriate admission level of care and bed assignment, liaising with Physicians, Nursing Leadership, Nursing Unit staff, Care Management, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.
In the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer, acts as the Administrator on Duty to make administrative decisions and provide direction on operational issues for all hospital departments.
Reports to the CNO.
