Joseph Michaels International seeks a Nurse House Supervisor for a 50-bed rural facility in Warden, WA. The role covers nights (3-12 hour shifts, 7pm–7:30am) and requires strong clinical leadership and data-driven bed management.

Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s in nursing and a WA RN license, with 3–5 years of acute care experience. ACLS/BLS/TNCC/PALS certifications are preferred; relocation up to $5K and sign-on up to $15K are offered.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required; WA RN license.
• 3–5 years acute care clinical nursing experience.
• ACLS, BLS, TNCC and PALS certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• House Supervisor for a 50 bed rural healthcare facility.
• Collect and analyze data on patient admissions, transfers, and bed availability to improve patient care and maximize bed utilization.
• Ensure admission levels and bed assignments use criteria and liaise with physicians, nursing leadership, and care management staff.
• In the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer, act as Administrator on Duty to make administrative decisions.
• Reports to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
