Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a Nurse House Supervisor / RN for night shifts in Warden, WA. The role oversees a 50-bed rural facility, collecting admissions data, managing bed utilization, and coordinating with physicians and nursing leadership to ensure optimal patient care. Requires a BSN and WA RN license, with 3–5 years acute care experience.

ACLS/BLS/TNCC/PALS are preferred. Compensation ranges from $47 to $77 per hour, with a $5 per hour shift differential and full benefits, relocation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required; Washington State RN license.
• 3–5 years acute care clinical nursing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of case management and utilization review processes.
• Certifications ACLS, BLS, TNCC and PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• House Supervisor for a 50 bed rural healthcare facility.
• Collect and analyze data on patient admissions, transfers, and bed availability to improve patient care and bed utilization.
• Ensure appropriate admission level of care and bed assignment; liaise with Physicians, Nursing Leadership, Care Management and other stakeholders.
