Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd in Warden, WA is seeking a Nurse House Supervisor (RN) for night shifts to lead patient flow and ensure high-quality care in a rural 50-bed facility.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, a current Washington RN license, and 3–5 years in acute care, with advanced knowledge of Case Management and Utilization Review.

You will coordinate admissions, bed availability, and acts as a liaison among physicians, nursing leadership, and Care Management, reporting to the CNO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• WA State RN license required.
• 3–5 years acute care clinical nursing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Case Management and Utilization Review processes.

Responsibilities

• House Supervisor for a 50-bed rural healthcare facility.
• Collect and analyze data on admissions, transfers and bed availability to improve care and utilization.
• Ensure appropriate admission level of care and bed assignment; liaise with Physicians, Nursing Leadership and Care Management.
• Act as Administrator on Duty in absence of the Chief Nursing Officer; report to the CNO.
