Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Nurse House Supervisor / RN for night shifts at a 50-bed rural hospital in Warden, WA. You’ll oversee admissions, bed utilization, and collaboration with physicians and nursing leadership to ensure safe, efficient patient care.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing, active WA RN license, 3–5 years ACUTE care experience, InterQual/ Utilization Review familiarity; ACLS/BLS/TNCC/PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is required.
• Current Washington State RN license is required.
• 3–5 years acute care nursing experience is required.
• ACLS, BLS, TNCC and PALS certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient admissions, transfers and bed availability to improve bed utilization.
• Ensure appropriate admission level of care and bed assignment using clinical criteria.
• Serve as liaison for Physicians, Nursing Leadership, Care Management and other stakeholders.
• Act as Administrator on Duty in the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer.
• Report to the Chief Nursing Officer.
