Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Nurse House Supervisor / RN for night shifts in a 50-bed rural hospital near Warden, WA. The role requires leadership in patient flow, bed management, and collaboration with medical staff to ensure optimal care during the night.

Candidates must be a WA-licensed RN with a BSN or equivalent, and have 3–5 years of acute care experience. ACLS/BLS/TNCC/PALS preferred. Compensation includes a $5/hr differential and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• Washington State Registered Nurse license is required.
• ACLS, BLS, TNCC and PALS certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as House Supervisor for a 50-bed rural healthcare facility.
• Collect and analyze data on patient admissions, transfers, and bed availability to improve care and maximize bed utilization.
• Ensure appropriate admission level of care and bed assignment using criteria; liaise with Physicians, Nursing Leadership and Care Management.
• In the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer, act as Administrator on Duty and provide direction on operational issues.
