Job summary

Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking a Nurse House Supervisor (RN) for nights at a rural 50-bed facility in Washington. The role oversees admissions, bed utilization and coordination with medical leadership to ensure optimal patient care during 7:00 PM–7:30 AM shifts.

A BSN and WA RN license are required, with 3–5 years of acute care experience. ACLS/BLS/TNCC/PALS certifications are preferred. Relocation assistance (up to $5K) and sign-on up to $15K are offered as part of a full benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing; active Washington RN license.
• 3–5 years acute care clinical nursing experience in various departments.
• Advanced knowledge of Case Management and Utilization Review processes including InterQual guidelines and patient status regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient admissions, transfers and bed availability to optimize bed utilization.
• Ensure admission to appropriate level of care and coordinate with Physicians, Nursing Leadership and Care Management.
• Act as Administrator on Duty in absence of the CNO and provide operational direction for hospital departments.
• Report to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
