Connectly Recruiting is seeking a Nurse House Supervisor for a rural 50-bed facility in Washington. You’ll oversee admissions, bed utilization, and care levels, acting as a liaison among physicians, nursing leadership, and care management to ensure efficient operations.

The role requires a BSN and WA RN license, 3–5 years of acute care experience, with ACLS/BLS/TNCC/PALS certifications preferred. Nights, 36 hours weekly, with a $5/hr differential and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• Current Washington State Registered Nurse license.
• 3–5 years acute care clinical nursing experience.
• ACLS/BLS/TNCC/PALS certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• House Supervisor for a 50 bed rural facility.
• Collect and analyze data on admissions, transfers, bed availability to improve patient care.
• Ensure appropriate admission level of care and bed assignment.
• Act as Administrator on Duty in absence of CNO; coordinate across departments.
