Confident Search Consultants seeks a Nurse House Supervisor (RN) for night shifts at a 50-bed rural facility in Washington. You will supervise clinical operations, coordinate admissions, and work with physicians and leadership to optimize patient flow.

The role requires a BSN and WA RN license, plus 3–5 years of acute care experience. ACLS/BLS/TNCC/PALS are preferred. Relocation and sign-on incentives are available and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

• BSN required; Washington RN license in good standing.
• 3–5 years acute care nursing experience across departments.
• Advanced knowledge of case management and utilization review processes.

Mansioni

• Oversee house operations for a 50-bed rural facility.
• Analyze data on admissions, transfers, and bed availability to maximize bed utilization.
• Liaise with physicians, nursing leadership, and care management to ensure appropriate admission levels.
• In absence of the CNO, act as Administrator on Duty and provide operational direction.
