Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing required.
• Washington State RN license required.
• 3–5 years acute care nursing experience in varied departments.
• Advanced knowledge of Case Management and Utilization Review incl. InterQual and guidelines.
• ACLS, BLS, TNCC and PALS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• House Supervisor for a 50 bed rural healthcare facility.
• Collect and analyze data on patient admissions, transfers and bed availability to maximize bed utilization.
• Ensure appropriate admission level of care and bed assignment, liaise with physicians and nursing leadership.
• Act as Administrator on Duty in the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer.
• Reports to the CNO.
