Job summary

The position emphasizes interprofessional learning, mentorship of preceptors, and leadership in nursing education within the St Vincent Regional Hospital system. Travel between sites may be required.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited institution; degree verification required.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS Certification for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated experience in adult or staff development.
• Demonstrated nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Learning Facilitator: guide caregiver orientation and ongoing learning using standardized tools.

• Mentor: coach preceptors and caregivers for personal and professional growth.
