Qualifications

- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- BLS for healthcare providers.
- Experience in adult or staff development.
Responsibilities
- Serve as resource, consultant, and mentor to caregivers and preceptors, guiding orientation and ongoing learning.
- Collaborate across the organization to identify learning needs and promote evidence-based practices.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to nursing staff and clinical coaches.
- Facilitate interprofessional learning and advancements in nursing practice.
- Foster creation and sharing of new knowledge to advance NPD practice.
