Intermountain Health is seeking an onsite Nursing Professional Development Practitioner at St Vincent Regional Hospital to guide caregiver education, coordinate orientation, and evaluate learning needs. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (degree verification required).
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for healthcare providers.
Demonstrated experience in adult or staff development.
Demonstrated nursing experience.

Responsibilities

Learning Facilitator: mentor caregivers, promote self-reliance and teamwork, guide orientation using standardized tools.
Change Agent: identify learning needs and implement evidence-based practices across care areas.
Mentor: provide coaching to preceptors and caregivers for growth and job enrichment.
