Job summary
Harborview Health Systems in Augusta, GA is seeking a dedicated RN/LPN Staff Development Coordinator to lead education and training for nursing staff. Qualifications
- Active RN/LPN License in good standing
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with hiring and onboarding of new staff
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver orientation, ongoing education and training for all team members
- Ensure staff competencies are maintained through in-service programs and skills assessments
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify and address educational needs
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Support the Director of Nursing and leadership team with other assigned duties
- Other duties as assigned
