Qualifications

• Must hold current LPN license in WA state and have nursing degree or LPN program completion.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide orientation, education, and learning opportunities for staff.
• Monitor nursing staff activities to ensure quality of care meets standards.
• Direct the infection prevention and control program and oversee its activities.
