Job summary

Apploi in Blackshear, GA is seeking an experienced RN/LPN Staff Development Coordinator to lead education and training initiatives for our nursing facility. You will support hiring and onboarding, deliver orientation and ongoing education, and help ensure clinical staff are confident, compliant, and compassionate in their care.

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring and onboarding of new staff.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver orientation, ongoing education and training for all team members.
• Ensure staff competencies are maintained through in‑service programs and skills assessments.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify and address educational needs.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Support the Director of Nursing and leadership team with other assigned duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
