You will partner with department heads to align training with facility goals and foster a culture of continuous learning.

The role emphasizes creating engaging training, overseeing certifications, and measuring program effectiveness to support quality patient care in a skilled nursing

Formación

• Valid RN license in Delaware.
• Experience in staff development, preferably in healthcare or long-term care.
• Knowledge of state and federal training requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and deliver engaging training programs.
• Experience in nursing home or senior care environment is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades
