St. David's North Austin Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Medical-Surgical/Ortho unit. The CNC will influence patient care through collaborative leadership, directing nursing services, and supporting a patient-centered approach to care.

The CNC collaborates with management to ensure high-quality care, coordinates staffing, oversees training, and supports operational nursing strategies to improve outcomes and engagement.

Competenze

• ACLS and BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN (Registered Nurse) credential required.
• Associate Degree in nursing or equivalent is required.

Mansioni

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborates with management to monitor, direct, and evaluate nursing care per policies and procedures.
• Supports staff scheduling, staffing labor, and productivity guidelines.
• Provides input on interviewing, selection, and training of new staff and performance evaluations.
